At El Classico Scents, your satisfaction is our top priority.
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy on all full-size perfumes.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please Note:

Returns and exchanges apply only to full-size perfumes.
Testers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with packaging intact.
A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all requests.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund requests are processed within 7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
