Shipping Policy

At El Classico Scents, we strive to deliver your orders safely, efficiently, and on time.

Order Processing:
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. All confirmed orders are typically delivered within 3 to 6 working days, depending on your location.

Advance Orders:
For orders above Rs. 30,000, a 50% advance payment is required. Customers placing high-value orders are requested to contact us via phone or WhatsApp before confirming their purchase to ensure smooth processing and secure delivery.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp. After dispatch, your tracking ID will also be shared via WhatsApp so you can conveniently monitor your delivery status.
